Update Apple VPP token

iOS 7+

VPP token must be renewed once a year. Update work can be done at any time.

 

Please note that when VPP token expires, the following effects will occur:

• Communication between the VPP server and the BizMobile Go! server will no longer be available.

• Allocation and collection of app licenses will not be possible.

• The app license status will be unmanageable.

 

Note: Apps already installed on the device will not be affected and can continue to be used on the device.

 

If your VPP token has expired, follow these steps to renew it.

 

1. Open the Apple Business Manager site

 

2. Click Settings > Apps and Books

 

3. Download the server token for the Location that you want to associate to the BizMobileGo! unit.

 

4. Open to BizMobile Go! web console and go to SETTINGS > Unit Detail > Apple tab and click Apple VPP Token button.

 

Upload the VPP token that you downloaded from Apple Business Manager.

You can make a note of the location where you downloaded the VPP token so that you don't forget it.
